These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ultimate Speed Academy (“Ultimate Speed Academy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, and any services, registrations, programs, training sessions, camps, events, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or Services.

1) Who May Use This Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase Services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and complete any purchases, registrations, or waivers required for participation.
By registering a minor, the parent/guardian represents they have the legal authority to do so.

2) What We Offer
Ultimate Speed Academy provides athletic training services and related offerings, which may include private sessions, group training, camps, clinics, events, and merchandise (where applicable). Availability, schedules, locations, and coaches may change at any time.

3) Registration, Payments, and Pricing
When you register for a program or purchase a Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

• Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time.

• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for your purchase, including applicable taxes and fees (if any).

• If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend access to Services until the issue is resolved.

4) Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

5) Shipping & Fulfillment
If we sell merchandise, shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6) Athlete Safety, Conduct, and Program Rules
Participants must follow all coaching instructions, safety rules, and facility policies. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any participant or spectator whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, in our sole discretion. Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

7) Assumption of Risk; Medical Responsibility
Athletic training involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Participation is voluntary. You (and/or your child) are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate, including any medical conditions, limitations, or injuries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participation in training and related activities.

8) Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, training materials, and branding is owned by Ultimate Speed Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9) User Content (If You Submit Photos, Messages, or Reviews)
If you submit content to us (such as photos, testimonials, comments, or messages), you represent that you have the legal right to submit it. You grant Ultimate Speed Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for business purposes (such as marketing), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

10) Suspension or Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.

If liability is found, Ultimate Speed Academy’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Ultimate Speed Academy for the applicable Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Speed Academy from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

15) Governing Law; Disputes; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website or Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri (or the nearest appropriate jurisdiction), and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website or Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
